Margaret (Marge) Cecilia (Nee: Mills, 93, passed away on Wednesday, 1/28/15 after a lengthy illness. She died 35 years to the day after the death of her husband, Kenneth Frank Gold. She is survived by four children: Margie Owens (John), Ken Gold (Sharon), Lynda Gold Myers, and Timothy J. Gold (Mary Pat); seven grandchildren: John, Jenni, Amy, Christopher, Kevin, Michelle and Paul; 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grand-children; one sister, Eileen Bacovin and three brothers Howard, Bill and Neal Mills. She is preceded in death by two brothers, Jack and Bob Mills, one grandchild and one great-child. Over the years, Marge was active in the Knights of Columbus, Catholic War Veterans, and Delhi Senior Center. She worked in several retail department stores and retired from the old St. Francis/St. George Hospital where she worked in payroll. Mass will be held on Saturday at 10:00am, St. Dominic Church in Delhi. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the hospice of your choice.
