Richard A. age 83 of Cincinnati, formerly of Charleston WV., passed away peacefully on July 2nd, 2015. Loving father of Craig (Jenny) Davis, Lynn (Phillip) Cipriani and Cathy (William) Laubenstein. Cherished grandfather of 12 and devoted great-grandfather of 12. He retired as a band director in the Oak Hills School District. Richard was a proud member of the Ohio State Marching Band (TBDBITL). Visitation will be held on Mon. July 6th from 3pm until the time of the funeral service at 5pm held at the Radel Funeral Home 650 Neeb Rd. 451-8800. Sorry to see the passing of Rick. I sold him his home on St. Lawrence and would have beers in Price Hill with him.
