Billy beloved son of Linda (Gary) Prather and the late William Moores Sr. Loving brother of Christopher and Gary (Jenny) Prather, Keith and Matthew Moores. Dear nephew of Jim and Bobby Moores, Ed (Shelia) and Tim (Katie) Keller. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Billy passed away on August 28, 2015 at the age 45 and will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. Visitation will be Wed. Sept. 2nd from 4:00 P.M. until the time of funeral services 7:00 P.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. I was shocked and sad when I heard about Billy passing away. He was a great neighborhood friend when we were growing up on Faycrest Drive.
