Frederick M. Sr. Beloved husband of 52 years to Janet (Nee: Humphries) Hornback. Loving father of Jennifer (Geoff) Jung, Joseph (Regina) Hornback and the late Frederick Hornback Jr. Devoted grandfather of Sara, Kirsten, Joshua, Jacquelyn, Vincent and Maria. Dear brother of Charlean (Ray) Grueter, Charles (Diane) Holman and Michael (Jill) Holman. Nephew of Toni Schwarz. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. Passed away on August 25, 2017 at the age of 72 years. Visitation will be Mon. August 28th from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. Funeral services will be Tues. August 29th 10:00 A.M. at St. Dominic Church, 4551 Delhi Rd, 45238. If so desired memorials may be made to the Elder High School. www.radelfuneral.com
