Betty M. beloved daughter of Harold and the late Ruth (Nee: Cox) Dugan. Loving mother of Dana Dugan. Devoted grandmother of Christopher and Megan Dugan. Cherished sister of Daryl (Debbie) Dugan Sr. and the late Rhonda and Kathy Dugan. Dear step-daughter of the late Frances Dugan. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. Passed away on February 11, 2018 at the age of 58 years. Visitation will be Thurs. Feb. 22nd from 5:00 P.M. until the time of funeral services 7:30 P.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800.
